Connection issues

Need to reload the page often to keep working?

Using the Edge browser (built-in Windows browser)  can cause connection drops due to power savings mode putting tabs to sleep. This can occur when running multiple open tabs for several minutes. Edge will put the non-focused tabs to sleep, causing connection to be lost.

Suggested steps that can remedy the problem:

  1. Click on Settings and more [ ... ] button
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on System
  4. Under Save resources, disable Save resources with sleeping tabs.
    Alternatively switch to another browser that does not sleep tabs (Chrome or similar).
