How to create a customer in fLex

In this guide we will show you how to create a customer and add relevant departments in fLex.

To create a customer navigate to the customer page.

Start by selecting the “Management” department and next click “new customer” using .

Next you are able to fill in the relevant customer data. Before saving you will need to fill in some mandatory fields. If this haven’t been done upon saving a reminder will be displayed.

When you are done entering the customer data click save in the top left using .

You have now successfully created the customer.

 

How to assign transport modes / departments to the customer

After creating the customer under “Management” you will need to assign the relevant departments to the customer for them to available in the online booking platform.

To add a department Navigate to the customer search page.

Start by finding your customer searching by department set to “Management”.

To add for instance Air Import to the selected test customer, mark the customer as Selected and department below the customer table.

You can now open the AI department and filling customer information.

Remember to assign the correct contact person er department, as booking notifications are controlled via this setup.
