How to setup booking notifications

In this guide we will show you how to set up which emails gets a booking notification when one of your customers has submitted a new booking.

When a customer has submitted a booking in fLex the systems looks at the assigned main contact mentioned on the customer page per department.

Open the specific customer in the customers page and remember to select what department the setup relates to.

Next, edit the customer and enter the mail address for the main customer responsible.

Next we need to find the office which the main contact is assigned to, where after we can insert the mail we want to be receiving the notifications.

First navigate to the user setup.

Search and find the main contact in the users table like shown below.

In this case “Office 3”.

Next go to Offices and find the mentioned Office.

Under the given office you should add a mail per department by pressing add , there after you can specify which mail address should receive bookings notifications.

 

Remember that the main contact for the customer can be set up differently per department, which can then lead to different offices, so always make sure you are starting out by finding the correct contact per department before navigating to an office and inserting the mail.
