Does fLex calculate the chargeable weight during tracking from actual data or directly from supplier charged weight?

As many suppliers are not giving full shipment details during tracking, then fLex will take the chargeable weight that the supplier specifies and not calculate it from dimensions. For initial own internal calculations then dimensions and conversion rates are of course taken into consideration.
