Spot Quotes List

This guide will show you the menu option Spot Quote list

Opening the menu:

Billede 1 (spot quote list)

From the front page find Spot Quote → Spot Quotes List

 

 

 

 

 

 

Filtering:

Billede 2a (Spot quote list)

1. Filter between your different Customers.

2. Filter between different Transport modes.

1. Filter between Status (Spot Quote, Accepted and Not accepted.)

2. Filter between pickup dates.

 

Spot Quote list:

Billede 3 (Spot quote list)-1

Most of the columns are self explaining, however I've marked two columns to take a look at.

Status: This column shows you if the offer you sent out has been accepted or declined or is pending. (smart tool to follow up on the pending once)

Sent to: This column shows you who you've send the offer to, also a follow up tool to check if every relevant customer got your offer.

 

Note: if some of the columns are irrelevant to your routine you are able to drag the columns around to your own liking.
